Conference at Nymindegab Kro

Nymindegab Kro has many modern conference facilities to offer. We have 33 rooms as well as 10 apartments for accommodating conference participants and our conference facilities have room for 180 people.

Of course we have with wireless internet and all modern AV-equipment. 

Together with us, you can plan meals and possible in and out door activities. We know the area and the many options. On request, we can further help you out with bus transportation etc. for the participants.

We are extremely flexible regarding duration. We have two possible meeting models. One, starting out with breakfast, later lunch and end of the meeting in the afternoon.

Can a meeting end more appropriate than with dinner? But of course we also offer longer meetings.

The other option is an overnight conference with accommodation and of the duration you prefer.

Of course we serve coffee/tea, breakfast, fresh fruit and refreshments in the conference rooms during the day.

The prices include rental of conference room, group room and standard AV-equipment. Internet access is free all over the hotel.

For entertainment of the participants we can offer table football, pool, table tennis and rental of a golf simulator.

From the restaurant and most of the rooms, you have a great panoramic view over Ringkøbing Fjord and the dunes. Our friendly and competent personnel are always close and will be happy to help you with copying, train tickets, trips and any other concern you may have.

Our kitchen is excellent, all our dishes are prepared with fresh ingredients and we happily make menus upon your wishes. Special requests regarding diets, vegetarian dishes etc. are fulfilled with a smile.
