Terms of cancellation

In case of cancellation later than 31 days before arrival, Nymindegab Kro charges a cancellation fee of 50 % of the confirmed price.

Is the booking cancelled later than 14 days before arrival, the cancellation fee will be 70 % of the confirmed price.

Cancellation of up to 10 % of the booked number of persons is however possible until 48 hours before the beginning of the event. After this, the missing person(s) is/are to be paid at full price.

When changing a booking later than 14 days before arrival, a changing fee of 10 % of the confirmed price is due. The booking can only be changed once.

Under cancellation, which must always be made in writing, we understand annulment, reduction, shorter stay, re-placing and other significant changes in the booking.

The cancellation fee is cancelled, if another reservation on the booked room is made.
