Cancellation policy

• Before 2:00 pm the day before arrival: Free of charge – no cost.
• After 2:00 pm the day before arrival: The full price of the first night is charged.
• No-show:The full price of the first night is charged.

If 5 or more nights or 5 or more rooms are booked together, the booking counts as a group booking. A longer cancellation deadline then applies.

• Before 2:00 pm, 14 days before arrival: Free of charge – no cost.
• After that deadline:The full price of the first night is charged.

• More than 30 days before:Full refund of the deposit.
• 15–30 days before:50% of the agreed amount is invoiced.
• Fewer than 14 days before:The full amount is invoiced.

For parties of more than 20 people, the special terms agreed when booking apply.

Gift cards cannot be refunded, but they are valid for 3 years from the date of issue and can be used for anything at Nymindegab Kro.

In exceptional circumstances beyond your control (for example serious illness with a medical certificate, or a death in the immediate family) we look at each cancellation individually and aim for a fair solution.

Cancellations must be made in writing by email or by phone. The cancellation takes effect when we receive your message.
